Returns are valid under the following conditions:

1- The product received is damaged at the time of delivery.
2- The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
3- The product is defective or not functioning as described.

The product must meet one of the valid return conditions mentioned above.

If the product is damaged upon delivery, it should be returned to the courier immediately and not accepted.
Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product is received in perfect condition. If a fault is detected, do not sign the receipt.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Our team will inspect the returned product and process a refund if it meets the return criteria.
Starmax reserves the right to reject any unreasonable return claim.

Return policies and warranty services are not applicable to cases of panel breakage, electric spark, or burnt wiring/components.
